Are you interested in moving from being an owner-operator and passing off the tasks of management to someone else? We can help. We manage short term rentals in the Smoky Mountains and Tennessee and are currently looking for 5 new clients to onboard in managing their properties.

We offer tiered levels of management involvement based on your budget and needs. In a few short months of management, we were able to achieve a 4.95 rating scale over plenty of bookings and acquire "Guest Favorite Status", "Top 10% of homes" status, and "Superhost"status on Airbnb. We are committed to excellent communication with guests as well as in-depth coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams locally. Depending on where you are in your short term rental journey, whether you haven't started or need to pass off the duties to someone else, we will work with you to on-board and get your listing to excel in this Tennessee market.

Level 1: Airbnb only**

On-boarding Fee*: $500

Service Fee: 15% of generated revenue

Level 2: Airbnb + VRBO**

On-boarding Fee*: $500

Service Fee: 20% of generated revenue

Level 3: Airbnb + VRBO + Direct Booking Website (+ other platforms)**

On-boarding Fee*: $1000

Service Fee: 25% of generated revenue

*We will review your current listing and property prior to our free 30 minute consultation and discuss what will be needed to make it outperform the market. We may recommend new photos of your property, a different cleaning and maintenance team, or an update of your decor, all of which we can build into the on-boarding fee as needed.
